Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and onboard new
B2B clients
in
secondary packaging
(courier bags, security mailers, envelopes, etc.)
Manage and grow existing client accounts in
Chennai and South India region
Understand customer packaging requirements and recommend suitable
tamper-evident or custom solutions
Drive sales targets, build relationships with
procurement teams
& decision-makers
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, dispatch, and after-sales support
Stay updated with
market trends
, competitor offerings, and innovations in
secondary packaging

Key Requirements

Minimum
3 years of experience
in the
Packaging Industry
, preferably with exposure to
secondary packaging products
Strong B2B sales and client relationship skills
Experience in handling
e-commerce, FMCG, pharma, logistics
clients is a plus
Must be
target-driven
, proactive, and self-motivated
Strong communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
