About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Acquisition

Lead Generation & Strategy: Build and execute a high-quality lead generation strategy to attract potential franchise partners.
Sales Funnel Management: Own the entire acquisition lifecyclefrom prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
Multi-Channel Outreach: Utilize digital platforms, on-ground networking, referrals, and partnerships to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.

Franchise Onboarding

New Franchise Launches: Oversee the onboarding and launch of new franchise stores, ensuring operational readiness.
Monthly Targets: Successfully onboard a minimum of 50 new franchise locations per month.
Support & Enablement: Provide guidelines, training, process support, and resources to help franchise owners integrate smoothly into the system.

Franchise Retention & Growth

Retention Strategy: Develop and implement initiatives to maximize franchisee satisfaction and reduce attrition.
Performance Management: Monitor franchise KPIs and provide insights, corrective actions, and business solutions.
Revenue Optimization: Implement programs to drive sustainable revenue growth across the network and improve store profitability.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 7+ years in Business Development / Franchise Management, preferably in FMCG, retail, food, logistics, or telecom industries.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
Education:
Graduate degree required; MBA is an added advantage.
