Sales Manager( Sanitary ware)

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in the sanitary ware market. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong dealer/distributor network experience, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the building materials or sanitary ware industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and institutional clients Manage and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners and key accounts Monitor sales team performance and provide coaching and support Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities Set sales targets, prepare forecasts, and monitor KPIs Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and product launches Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations when necessary Prepare periodic sales reports for management review Stay updated on industry trends, new product developments, and regulations Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in sanitary ware, tiles, bath fittings, or related building materials industry Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Deep understanding of the dealer/distributor network and retail dynamics Ability to analyze data Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Experience: Lights company: 1 year (Required) Sales Manager (sanitary ware): 1 year (Required) Tile company : 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
