Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager/Sales Engineer, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Sales Manager/Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and providing after-sales support. The role also includes collaborating with the engineering team to ensure customer requirements are met and participating in site visits and inspections.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
• Strong technical knowledge in Electro-Mech, Civil, Renewable Energy (Solar PV), and Electrification
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Project management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Experience in the EPC industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Willingness to travel as required
