Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager/Sales Engineer, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Sales Manager/Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and providing after-sales support. The role also includes collaborating with the engineering team to ensure customer requirements are met and participating in site visits and inspections. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales and Business Development Strong technical knowledge in Electro-Mech, Civil, Renewable Energy (Solar PV), and Electrification Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Project management and organizational skills Self-motivated and result-oriented Experience in the EPC industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field Willingness to travel as required
