Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a Sales Manager/Sales Engineer. The Sales Manager/Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating client relationships, and closing sales deals. The role requires presenting and demonstrating products, understanding client needs, and providing solutions with our range of machinery. Additionally, the Sales Manager/Sales Engineer will collaborate with the technical team to ensure client satisfaction and provide after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, particularly in manufacturing or engineering sectors
• Strong understanding of fiber laser machines and automation machinery
• Technical knowledge in machinery installation and maintenance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and translate customer needs into practical applications
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and demonstrations
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the fiber laser industry is a plus
