Job Profile
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, achieve targets, and drive market growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and yearly targets.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve peak performance.
• Identify and acquire new clients in both B2B and B2C segments.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts for repeat business.
• Personally handle high-value negotiations and deal closures.
• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for smooth order execution.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
• Monitor competitor activities and explore new market opportunities.
• Ensure timely CRM entries for all client interactions.
• Support payment follow-ups for major clients.

Requirements
4–7 years of sales experience (printing/signage/advertising preferred), strong leadership, negotiation, and client management skills. Graduate degree required. Must own a two-wheeler, and be willing to travel locally. Attractive salary, high incentives, and career growth opportunities offered.
