Job Description

Manage, promote and support CSE sales in India to maintain and grow the business. * Work in close relationship with the Indian Army and prime OEMs (Bharat, L&T, DRDO, TATA…) to secure the military business. * Maintain and develop new business in CIVIL market segments like Metering, IoT, Medical and support our distributor. * Ensure that the orders and sales figures with regard to the budget and forecast are acheived * Update each month (in the PROPHECY tool) the sales forecasts on its territory * Suggest potential partnership to speed up our market penetration and growth * Continuously prospecting and looking for opportunities while respecting the internal processing process * Provide information about market needs, competition and suggest strategy to remain key actor in his territory * Fully observe and put into practice our code of conduct and main core values (Safety/ Respect of Each Other/ Pioneer Spirit/ Stand Together/Performance-Minded) Show more Show less
