Job Description

As a Modern Trade Sales Manager for a renowned brand specializing in Herbals and Ayurveda since 2008, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Responsible for placing products in stores by completing necessary documentation and coordinating with Category Managers. - Establish and manage relationships with Supermarket and Store Management. - Lead the Visibility Plan by coordinating with Trade Category, Category Planning, and Customer Operation Team to finalize plans. - Manage the Field Sales Force and Store staff to achieve sales targets, including Sale-In & Sales-Out and stock availability. - Implement visibility plans based on Trade Category and Channel Visibility guidelines. - Execute Promotion and Activation Plans. - Provide support to Category Planning and Operation Team in negotiating Visibility plans with Customers and Stores. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within the FMCG or Cosmetics industry. - Willingness to travel with good negotiation and communication skills. - Strong business planning and implementation abilities. - Passion for growth and effective time management skills to thrive in a dynamic environment. - Ability to ensure full availability and visibility in assigned stores across all categories. - Capable of resolving issues related to assigned stores effectively.,
