Job Description

Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving garment sales by developing new business, managing key customers, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with merchandising, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Identify and onboard new buyers, distributors, and retail clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Handle buyer inquiries, negotiations, and order confirmations

Order Management & Coordination

  • Coordinate with merchandising and production teams for order execution
  • Monitor order status from sampling to final shipment
  • Ensure timely delivery as per buyer requirements
  • Resolve customer complaints and post-sales issues

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Provide input on product development, pricing, and collections
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, buyer meetings, and exhibitions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,853.55 - ₹35,016.91 per month
