Candidate Preferences Graduate – preferably BBA or related field (Commerce/Management) Mallu (Kerala) candidates only preferred Age limit: 23 to 30 years 3+ years of experience in sales, sales support, coordination, or customer relations Candidate must be willing to travel to major cities. Job Responsibilities Sales & After Sales Support the sales team by preparing quotations and sales documents. Candidate must be willing to travel to major cities to expand business, meet clients, and provide on-ground support Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person Follow up with customers on inquiries, quotations, and order status Process customer orders and coordinate with the delivery or logistics team Ensure customers receive products on time and in good condition Handle after-sales support, including service requests, complaints, or feedback Maintain customer records and update the sales database Collaborate with other departments like accounts, warehouse, and the service team Personal Traits & Professional Skills & Technical Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Positive, Smart, Enthusiastic, and Proactive attitude Trustworthy to handle cash and confidential information Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges Efficient in sales support and coordination activities Skilled in client relationship management and follow-ups Experience in order processing and inventory coordination Effective in administrative tasks (scheduling, documentation, etc.) Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Competent in using email and calendar tools (Outlook, Gmail, Calendly) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,781.70 - ₹40,256.33 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
