Job Description

As an Energy Upgrade Business Manager for the North region based in Delhi, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Lead generation activities for Energy Upgrade services in the North region. - Conducting Energy Audits to assess energy consumption and identify potential areas for improvement. - Establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with both existing and potential customers, with a focus on cross-selling opportunities. - Engaging in ROI-based value selling of Armstrong products and solutions to clients. - Collaborating with end users and consultants to incorporate Armstrong specifications into projects. - Partnering with ESCOs to provide comprehensive energy solutions. - Building and managing the OEM partnership portfolio. In addition to the above, your responsibilities also include: - Networking, presenting, and promoting Armstrong products at industry events, trade fairs, and customer reach programs. - Concept selling and promoting Armstrong's value products and solutions to contractors in the retrofit business. - Developing strategies to expand the energy upgrade business in the region. Qualifications required for this role include: - A degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, with an MBA being a valuable addition. Certification in Energy Auditing is preferred. - 7 to 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry, specifically in sales, solution development, and energy audits. - Good technical knowledge and understanding of HVAC plant rooms, plant automation, and equipment such as chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and AHUs. - Strong data analysis skills to assess and calculate potential energy savings. - Creative problem-solving abilities and proficiency in conflict management within different organizational structures. - Ability to simplify complex problems, conduct root cause analysis, and provide clear recommendations. - Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and results-oriented approach. - Self-directed and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively. - Effective communication skills in all situations, fostering open and authentic dialogue.,
