The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, setting and achieving sales targets, and maintaining relationships with clients and partners. The role involves leading the sales team, strategizing sales plans, analyzing market trends, and producing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales management, setting and achieving sales targets, and leading a sales team. Customer Relations: Strong ability to maintain and build relationships with clients and partners. Strategic Thinking: Experience in developing sales strategies and analyzing market trends. Operational Management: Proficient in overseeing daily sales operations and ensuring compliance with company policies. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; relevant experience in the insurance industry is a plus. Other Qualifications: Ability to work on-site in Goa, India; knowledge of the local market is preferred.
