Job Summary: The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of residential and commercial real estate projects. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive project success and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve project and company sales targets. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance and customer satisfaction. Identify potential clients, generate leads, and ensure timely follow-ups. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers. Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities, events, and campaigns. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to adjust strategies. Conduct site visits, client presentations, and property showings. Ensure accurate documentation and smooth closure of bookings and agreements. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per company goals. Prepare sales reports and present updates to senior management. Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service. Qualifications & Skills: :Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2+ years of sales experience in real estate (residential/commercial projects). Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Good understanding of local real estate market and regulations. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. Ability to handle clients professionally and close high-value deals.
