We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive property sales through direct client engagement. The role involves calling, setting up meetings/site visits, and closing high-value deals. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Identify, connect, and convert potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
• Build strong relationships with brokers, investors, and agencies.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable real estate projects.
• Conduct site visits, open houses, and client meetings across NCR.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Ensure excellent client experience and drive repeat business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• 2–6 years of sales experience (real estate experience in Noida is a plus).
• Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Must have a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
• Willingness to travel across Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Gurugram.
• Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
