Sales Manager- real estate

As a Business Development Manager at Poorvi Housing, your role involves generating business by efficiently and effectively handling allocated leads and providing comprehensive information about the residential projects. You will be leading and managing team members, offering support through close collaboration and regular marketing training to ensure sales goal achievement. Additionally, your responsibilities include: - Evolving pricing strategy and sales plans for each project - Leveraging innovation to drive sales - Staying updated on market trends to gather intelligence reports on competition and develop strategies to counter them - Providing inputs to the marketing teams to assess the effectiveness of branding initiatives and offer insights for future endeavors - Planning and forecasting business quantum from Direct Sales and providing necessary support to achieve targets - Contributing to project ideation and planning - Initiating various below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities for all assigned projects - Collaborating with the marketing team to create activities and plans for online and offline marketing media to maximize lead generation - Suggesting innovative process improvement ideas to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, Poorvi Housing offers the following benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus eligibility.
