Sales Manager (Real Estate)

You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the performance of real estate agents, and driving revenue growth. You must have proven experience as a real estate sales manager or senior sales agent, along with a strong understanding of real estate contracts, procedures, and laws. Your excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is required. Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate is preferred. The role offers a competitive base salary plus commission structure. It is mandatory to have a bike for transportation.
