MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (International Business or other specialization preferred). Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in HR consulting or staffing industry. MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any specialization). Strong business communication, sales ability, organizational management, time management, and management skills required.
