Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct cold calls, headhunting, and shortlisting candidates based on client needs.
Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ensure timely delivery of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in HR consulting or staffing industry.
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any specialization).
Strong business communication, sales ability, organizational management, time management, and management skills required.
