Ramada by Wyndham Goa Vagator, a premier hospitality destination in North Goa, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve room and banquet revenue targets.
• Identify and build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
• Drive new business opportunities and maintain existing client accounts.
• Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and partnerships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends.
• Collaborate with operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager (in the hospitality/hotel industry).
• Strong network with corporates, travel agencies, and event companies in Goa and beyond.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of hotel IDS systems.
