Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Assistant / Manager Hotel Industry Job Summary: Is responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to attract and retain customers. The role focuses on increasing revenue through corporate tie-ups, travel agents, event planners, and online platforms while enhancing the hotel's brand presence through marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Sales Duties: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through corporate clients, travel agencies, and online travel agents (OTAs). Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients and stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets. Coordinate with the reservations and front office teams to ensure seamless booking experiences for clients. Conduct site inspections and hotel tours for prospective clients, event planners, and agencies. Marketing Duties: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the hotels services including rooms, F&B outlets, banquets, and special packages. Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns. Design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and e-newsletters in collaboration with the design team. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies. Plan and execute events, campaigns, and PR activities to enhance the hotels visibility and reputation. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in digital marketing platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
