Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with marketing & operations team for smooth execution.
• Train, motivate, and manage sales executives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / MBA preferred.
• Proven experience as Sales Executive / Sales Manager.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical products, packing machine, material handling equipment.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills.
• Ability to generate leads, acquire clients, and expand markets.
• Leadership skills with team management experience.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
