Our products cater to a wide range of applications, including residential, commercial, industrial and outdoor lighting. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, and closing deals. The Sales Manager will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills Experience in working with Architects, Interior Designer and Lighting Consultants will be an add-on for this role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Knowledge of electrical solutions and products is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field Working Experienc: 5-7 years of sales experience in Lighting Industry, with a proven track record in both B2B and B2C sales.
