Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager | Proactive | Rooms at Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar, located in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for proactively selling and promoting the hotel's rooms, developing and maintaining business relationships, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, and participating in sales meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and business development
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Experience working in a luxury or premium hotel environment is a plus
