Job description :- Roles and Responsibilities Excellent communication skills & Team Handling Experience More than 80+ Strength. Stable Profile & Core in BPO Culture --B2C /Inside sales / Tele sales /Outbound Sales Regional Language is mandatory. Knowledge of Advance Excel and track data on daily basis . Knowledge About Attrition & Shrinkage --Team handling Internal Metrics + Formulas . Presentable and expert in handling team and target strategies to achieve Goals . Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets through effective communication, coaching, and feedback. Develop and execute strategies for upselling/cross-selling travel packages to existing clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for outbound sales initiatives. Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries related to flight bookings, hotel reservations, and other travel services. Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
