Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Sales Manager at hotel platinum royal excellency, located in Udaipur. The Hotel Sales Manager will oversee sales initiatives to attract and retain clients, actively develop relationships with corporate clients and event planners, and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, executing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences. This individual will play a key role in driving growth and enhancing the hotel's market position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and manage client accounts
• Experience in Marketing to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in hotel sales or related roles is highly desirable
