Job Title: Sales Manager – Solar Projects

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to promote and sell our 3 kW Solar Project packages. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in field sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote, pitch, and sell complete 3 kW Solar Project packages to prospective customers.
• Drive lead generation, conduct sales presentations, and convert leads into closures.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Provide accurate sales reporting and market feedback to the management team.

Required Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following domains will be preferred:

• Bank loans or credit card sales
• FMCG sales
• Insurance sales
• Eureka Forbes or direct appliance/consumer durables sales
• Building material sales
• Solar product sales
• Channel sales
• Any other related field sales role

• Ability to understand technical products (training will be provided)
