PharmaTech Expo is one of the largest pharma exhibitions in India and is a place for thousands of people from the business to share their experiences related to products, customers, business and sales. This pharmaceutical and lab expo brings together people from across the globe to one destination. It is one of the biggest B2B trade shows of the sector that involve people from the healthcare and Pharma Machinery industry to participate and share innovation related to advanced technologies in the pertinent sector.
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Ahmedabad (Gujarat), India. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales processes, develop and implement sales strategies, and achieve targeted goals. Daily tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and analyzing sales data. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and actively participating in market research to stay updated on industry trends.
· Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, particularly in B2B markets
· Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
· Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and create actionable strategies
· Knowledge of the pharmaceutical machinery, packaging, or laboratory equipment industries is an advantage
· Proficient in planning and executing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
· Strong leadership, team collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
· Bachelor's degree is preferred
· Flexibility to travel as required and a positive, results-oriented mindset
· Experience in exhibition industry is highly desirable
