Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in the personal loan DSA (Direct Selling Agent) business. The position is based in Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the DSA network, generating and following up on leads, maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets for personal loans, and providing market insights to refine strategies.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales Management, Lead Generation, and Business Development within the financial sector
Knowledge of Personal Loan products and familiarity with DSA (Direct Selling Agent) operations
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Proficiency in analyzing market trends and formulating strategies to achieve sales targets
Team leadership capabilities and the ability to work in a dynamic, target-oriented environment
Relevant experience in the financial services industry will be an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
