Negotiate to Win: Own the sales cycle end-to-end from pitching to signing multi-year contracts. Enable Success: Work with deployment teams to ensure smooth rollout and long-term partner satisfaction. What Were Looking For 2-5 years in business development/sales in fleets, logistics, mobility, or EV ecosystem. Deep relationships with fleet operators, aggregators, and logistics decision-makers. Proven ability to turn connections into contracts with a track record of delivering revenue growth. Strong commercial instincts and negotiation skills to maximize value for both sides. MBA/Business background preferred, but raw drive and results matter more.
