Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and grow revenue by promoting our premium residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the local property market. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and generate leads. Organize and participate in property exhibitions, client meetings, and site visits. Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and drive a team.
