Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in life insurance, located in Rajarhat. The Sales Manager will manage and lead a team to drive life insurance sales while achieving revenue targets. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will also train and mentor the sales team while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in life insurance sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Strong leadership and team management skills to mentor and support sales teams.
Proficiency in sales strategy development, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
Ability to work effectively on-site with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of financial products and insurance-related regulations is highly preferred.
Professional certifications or training in sales or insurance will be an advantage.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is required.
