1.Business Development for various sectors(Both Export and Import) and gain more market share.
2.Focusing more on high NCP trade-lanes, maximizing volumes and Profit, targeting more reefer biz.
3.Providing proper forecast for mother vessel planning, Market feedback and other reports to marketing team in a timely manner.
4.Liaising with customer for bookings, Planning and execution of shipment, Meet customers requirements and resolve their problems to their satisfaction within the framework of the company rules.
5.Regular follow up with credit customers and ensure all the O/S has been collected with in credit period.
