Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the assigned territory. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide a sales team, identify new business opportunities, and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring adherence to company policies and pricing structures.
  • Collaborate with marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, and sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of 5+ years in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM software, and sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Kannada, English and Tamil (both written and verbal) is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
