Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring team performance, executing local promotions, and managing customer feedback to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in
line with business objectives.
Regularly track and evaluate individual and team performance. Provide coaching,
guidance, and support to maximize productivity and ensure high performance.
Plan and implement localized sales promotions and marketing strategies to boost
brand visibility and attract new customers.
Collect, analyze, and respond to customer feedback. Ensure high levels of customer
satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
