Job Description

As a Sales Manager for Retail Loan Products, your role is crucial in maximizing sales through a dealer network and channel relationships to ensure strong business growth. Your key responsibilities include: - Aggressively driving sales numbers and achieving business targets for Retail loan products through cross-selling and enhancing client relationships. - Retaining and expanding the company's customer base for retail loan products to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Developing and maintaining strong liaisons with clients for repeat business and referrals. - Ensuring smooth processing of files from the login stage to disbursement by liaising with internal departments. - Optimizing team productivity by effectively managing a team of relationship managers/executives to achieve team results and meet business targets. - Aligning with the team on ground lead generation activities for sales. - Leading and supervising the team to implement the growth agenda through training, motivation, and deployment strategies. - Driving direct business through cross-selling or upselling from the existing customer base and open market references. - Cross-selling other loan and insurance products, driving the team to overachieve targets across all segments. - Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. - Providing feedback to the central product and policy team based on understanding of markets, competition, processes, and available products. - Ensuring compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations, processes, policies, and reports as per company-designed systems. Additionally, the company requires a candidate with a Post Graduate/Graduate degree in any discipline.
