Job Description

You will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring business targets are achieved. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for Retail loan products and through cross-selling while enhancing and upgrading client relationships. - Retain and expand the company's customer base for retail loan products to ensure repeat business or referrals. - Maximize sales through a network and relationships, ensuring strong business connections. - Develop and maintain strong liaisons with clients for repeat business or referrals. - Ensure files are processed from the login stage to disbursement, liaising with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion. - Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of relationship managers to assure achievement of team results, meeting business targets, and ensuring area profitability. - Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales. - Lead and supervise the team for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation, and deployment strategies. - Keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence to build effective sales and marketing strategies. - Provide feedback to the central product and policy team based on an understanding of markets, competition, processes, and products available in the market to stay ahead. - Ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations, processes, policies, and reports as per company-designed systems.
