Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at our company actively driving the implementation of 250+ MW solar projects across India and internationally, your role will be crucial in achieving company goals and objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets. - Identify and target new business opportunities, markets, and key accounts. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. - Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management. - Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales service. - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and technical teams, to ensure customer satisfaction and product success. - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales management. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends effectively. - Knowledge of the renewable energy industry is a plus.
