Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities, markets, and key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales service.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and technical teams, to ensure customer satisfaction and product success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge.
