Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving business growth for LAP products in the assigned region. - Managing and motivating a sales team to meet monthly and quarterly business targets. - Developing effective sales strategies and ensuring strong execution on the ground. - Sourcing new business through DSA, connectors, channel partners, and direct sourcing. - Regularly monitoring team performance, providing coaching, and conducting reviews. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and customers. - Collaborating with credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth loan processing. - Tracking market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities. - Ensuring adherence to compliance, documentation standards, and company policies.
