Role Overview

We are seeking a result-driven Sales Manager to lead client acquisition, manage relationships, and grow business opportunities for Mystic Media House in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales within media/advertising/creative agencies and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities with corporate clients, agencies, and institutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive positioning.
• Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with internal creative, production, and marketing teams to deliver client solutions.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
• Lead and mentor a small sales team (if required) to achieve collective goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of proven sales experience in media, advertising, creative agencies, or digital marketing.
• Strong network in Chennai corporate/advertising/media circles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented with strong leadership qualities.
