Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, overseeing sales operations, and providing training to sales staff. The Sales Manager will also collaborate closely with marketing teams to promote My Realestate services and products.

• Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
• Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct market research and develop effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools
• In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, particularly in the Indian market
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
