Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound and inbound channels.

• Team Management

• Recruit, train, and coach a team of sales executives and partner program associates.
• Monitor performance, set clear KPIs, and motivate the team to consistently exceed goals.

• Client Engagement & Conversion

• Understand parents’ needs, recommend suitable tutoring solutions, and drive conversions.
• Handle escalations and convert hesitant or challenging prospects into satisfied customers.

• Partnership Development

• Drive Mentor Match’s

  Partner Program

  (homemakers, moms, and community leaders in the UK, US, and Middle East).
• Build relationships with referral partners, provide ongoing support, and maximize partner-led revenue.

• Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing for campaigns, content, and lead nurturing.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to improve customer experience and retention.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in

  sales or business development in

  EdTech.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Experience managing and scaling sales teams.
• Comfort working with both

  B2C parents

  and

  B2B2C partners

  .
• Ability to handle objections and adapt sales strategies for diverse geographies.
