Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Manager to lead our expansion efforts across the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying, pursuing, and closing business opportunities, while also providing strategic support during the pre-sales phase.

This role demands a deep understanding of the regional market dynamics, strong client engagement capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into compelling digital solutions. The candidate will serve as a key liaison between prospects and internal teams, ensuring a consultative sales approach and seamless proposal delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Middle East region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and clients to generate long-term business growth.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client engagement, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to gather requirements, scope solutions, and prepare project estimates, timelines, and pricing.
  • Draft tailored proposals, responses to RFPs/RFIs, and solution documentation aligned with client needs and business objectives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and PoCs to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously refine our offerings and approach.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and partner forums across the Middle East.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and pre-sales within IT services, digital solutions, or SaaS industry.
  • Proven success in selling to and managing clients in the Middle East (UAE, KSA, Qatar, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation solutions including mobile/web apps, enterprise platforms, and cloud services.
  • Exceptional communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills tailored to enterprise-level clients.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, PowerPoint, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, and technology teams.
  • Willingness to travel across the Middle East as needed.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with government or semi-government organizations in the Middle East.
  • Familiarity with regional business etiquette, procurement processes, and decision-making hierarchies.
  • Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in handling multi-million dollar deals or large enterprise accounts.
