Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Maxworth Minerals / MBN Resources, you will play a crucial role in driving international growth, strengthening key accounts, and leading the sales team to success. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and owning the sales strategy to expand into new markets and manage major global clients effectively. - Guiding the sales team towards achieving consistent monthly and quarterly targets by providing strategic direction and hands-on execution in pricing, negotiation, and pipeline management. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business/International Trade (Master's degree is beneficial). - 4-8 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the minerals or industrial sectors. - Demonstrated track record of meeting revenue targets. - Strong abilities in negotiation, communication, and leadership. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Expanding the market reach and driving international sales for garnet and mineral products. - Managing and nurturing key client and distributor relationships to foster growth. - Taking charge of pricing, negotiation, and contract execution processes. - Overseeing the sales pipeline to ensure targets are consistently met. - Collaborating closely with production, quality control, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure smooth deliveries. - Keeping a close eye on competitors, market trends, and customer requirements for informed decision-making. - Leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to enhance their performance and skills.,
