Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The Sales Manager Mass LAP (Prime LAP) is responsible for driving business growth in the Loan Against Property (LAP) segment, focusing on prime customers. This includes sourcing quality leads, managing channel partners, ensuring compliance, and achieving sales targets across assigned geographies.

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and source potential customers for Prime LAP through direct channels, DSAs, connectors, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality leads.
  • Drive penetration in target markets and customer segments.

Channel Management

  • Onboard and manage DSAs, connectors, and other third-party channels.
  • Train and motivate partners to generate consistent business.
  • Monitor channel performance and ensure adherence to company policies.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly disbursement targets.
  • Track conversion ratios and optimize sales funnel efficiency.
  • Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure timely processing and disbursal.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide end-to-end support from lead generation to post-disbursement service.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Credit & Risk Coordination

  • Work closely with credit teams to ensure quality sourcing and documentation.
  • Understand credit norms and ensure customer profiles align with Prime LAP criteria.
  • Minimize rejection rates through pre-screening and proper documentation.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.
  • Provide regular MIS reports on sales performance, lead status, and channel productivity.
  • Share feedback with product and strategy teams for continuous improvement.

Compliance & Process Adherence

  • Ensure complete adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all sourced cases.
  • Uphold ethical sales practices and customer transparency.

Performance Metrics

  • Monthly disbursement volume
  • Lead conversion ratio
  • Channel productivity
  • Customer satisfaction scores
  • Compliance and audit ratings

Preferred candidate profile

  • Min 2 Years of experience in MASS LAP Sales ( Prime Vertical: above 1 Cr).
  • Any Graduate.
  • DL with self owned bike.
