Sales Manager (Male)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end sales order cycle for key clients — from entry to fulfilment — ensuring accuracy, speed, and compliance.
• Supervise and allocate workloads for junior associates to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Optimize order management systems and workflows for better efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Inventory, and Finance teams to resolve order or billing issues.
• Set KPIs, monitor team performance, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain timely communication with customers on order status and issue resolution.
• Analyse order data, prepare performance reports, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in sales order processing, including team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of order management, fulfilment, inventory, and customer service processes.
• Skilled in ERP systems, order management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in process improvement and data reporting.
• Hyderabad-based candidates only.
• Inside Sales Role: Office-based (no WFH unless approved).
• Marketing Role: Male candidates only; must have own vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
