Fashion Consultant (Female)

• Assist customers in-store with styling, selection, and purchase of outfits.
• Manage online customer queries through website, social media, and chat support.
• Ensure the boutique website is updated with product details, images, and inventory status.
• Provide styling advice and recommendations tailored to customer preferences.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to guide clients on fabric, fit, and trends.
• Coordinate smooth billing, packaging, and customer handover.
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the boutique team to meet sales targets and enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fashion retail / consulting / styling preferred.
• Strong sense of fashion, styling, and current trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills/
• Ability to handle both in-store and online customer interactions.
• Good knowledge of website navigation, product listing, and social media handling.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
