Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, building customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets, expanding our customer base.

2. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities for growth.

4. Sales Forecasting: Develop and manage sales forecasts, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

5. Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching.

6. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,516.06 - ₹52,212.25 per month
