Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Generate leads and build strong relationships with new and existing clients in the assigned territory.

Visit potential customers (dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and end-users) to showcase lighting solutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through field visits and business development activities.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for customers.

Maintain a clear understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Prepare daily sales reports and update management on progress.

Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relations.



Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical, or related field (preferred).

1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in Lighting / Electrical / Home Automation industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Basic knowledge of lighting/electrical products will be an added advantage.
